You are so right - there is a certain amount of deprecation of online relationships and also a great fear because of the dangers - we've all heard about people who have had online affairs. And yet, God can use any medium, and is way ahead of us when it comes to technology (duh). His presence is real and powerful.. physical or not.
Great blog.. I'll be back. (maybe with questions!)

Dan

Hi Gracie,

Yes, there's not a whole lot of postitive testimonies of God's healing presence and power, online. Thanks for stopping by! I look forward to any questions you may have.

Dan, Good post. Makes a good point that I have kind of headed towards, in my mind. But you articulate it well here, and by your experience in it. Thanks.

Dan

Thanks Ted!

Thanks Dan. I'll use this posting, if I may, within our Internet Evangelism Day site http://ied.gospelcom.net/index.php and elsewhere, to illustrate the validity and potential depth of email relationship and mentoring.

I also see great potential in the use of blogs http://ied.gospelcom.net/blogging.php
to transparently share your life with non-yet Christians - something that very few seem to be doing. More examples of such ministry would be gratefully recieved.

Blessings

Tony

Dan

Tony,

Yes, no problem about posting this to this story--and yes the same dynamics would apply for non-Christian relationships--for blogging, too!!

Trenna Pearse

Please could you tell me how I get this on line help?

Thanks

Great article, what do you think about these deep relationships that may build in the context of men and women serving together in a local church? Any recommendations?
